Ancient Secrets Product Refund Policy

•  Please choose your beauty product carefully.  Ancient Secrets does not refund or swap products, when a customer has a purchase ‘change of mind’ or when a customer makes a wrong selection. Customers may receive either a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are proven to be faulty. Such as mislabeling of bottle, receipt of the wrong item or confirmation of damaged goods through the postal service. 
• Refunds will not be issued due to dislike of product. If you experience any discomfort or irritation due to the product please discontinue use. 

All refunds will be issued through paypal. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
